Make sure you have read and understand the LRKA Rules.

This is your official Spring 2012 Team Registration.  It is used to keep record of your contact information and a list of all eligible players on your team.

Even if you do not as of yet have all of your players, or are prepared to pay your dues, it is still a good idea to fill out this form with what information you have so that you can be updated and in the know.

REMEMBER:  NO SPOT IS OFFICIALLY YOURS UNTIL IT HAS BEEN PAID FOR!!!   FILLING OUT THE ONLINE FORM, SIMPLY GETS YOUR TEAM IN THE SYSTEM AND IS NOT A guarantee OF A SPOT IN THE 2011 SEASON OF THE LRKA.

You may only play players who are listed on this official registration form  unless you obey the LRKA's rules on pickup players due to shortages. 

Once you complete the form,  a unique link will be sent to the email address you provide so that you can update and edit your own individual registration as changes UNTIL REGISTRATION ENDS.  AFTER THAT POINT ALL EDIT LINKS WILL BE DISABLED WILL WE EVALUATE TEAM PLACEMENT IN THE TIERS

If you have any players to add after completing this form, you must submit that player's name to the league reps and they must approve it before they are added by the league.  

  (This form is not to be confused with your weekly kicking line up form)

IMPORTANT:

AFTER WEDNESDAY, MARCH 14, 2012, NO PLAYER ADDITIONS MAY BE MADE FOR ANY REASON.  IF THEY ARE NOT ON YOUR ROSTER AT THAT POINT, THEY CANNOT PLAY EVEN IF THEY HAVE NEVER PLAYED BEFORE.
